The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Center Manager to oversee the smooth running of our campus facilities and operations. In this dynamic and varied role, you will play a key part in ensuring our students and staff have a seamless and supportive experience on site. You will:

• Coordinate campus facilities to ensure classrooms, meeting spaces, and resources are managed efficiently.
• Ensure study spaces are aligned with timetabling and scheduling to support academic and operational needs.
• Organise events such as inductions, open days, and other student engagement activities.
• Signpost students to the appropriate support services to enhance their university experience.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment where all campus users feel supported and valued.

About You:

You will need to be:

• Experienced in the operational and day to day running of a regional office / educational center.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Experienced in facilities or operations management, ideally in an education setting.
• Skilled in communication, able to build strong relationships with staff, students, and external stakeholders.
• Confident in managing events and activities, with excellent planning and coordination skills.
• Passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive campus environment.
