Manage the full-cycle recruiting process
Create and implement effective recruitment strategies, building and maintaining strong candidate talent pools
Partner with hiring managers to ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring cycle
2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment for game development roles, with a strong understanding of the relevant skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and management for all things related to recruiting
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Passion for the gaming industry
