Your tasks

• Requirements analysis: collaboration with the specialist departments to create and prioritize requirements
• Project management: Planning and documentation of development packages in the software life cycle.
• Coordination & control: cooperation with external service providers and support with the introduction of new features.
• Quality assurance: carrying out functional and integration tests to ensure smooth performance.
• Support & training: Support for users during rollout and regular training.
• Incident management: analysis and monitoring to optimize application operation.
• Further development & optimization: Active co-design of our systems and processes, including in the areas of interfaces, EDI, ERP, e-commerce, warehouse management and customer-specific in-house developments.

Your profile

• Education & Experience: Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable training, ideally with 5-10 years of professional experience.
• Project and process affinity: Experience with ERP systems and a strong understanding of business processes.
• Tools & techniques: Confident handling of Jira and Azure DevOps and good programming skills
• Analytical view: Good knowledge of interface technologies and strong process thinking.
• Soft skills: Strong communication skills, team spirit and a high level of customer and solution orientation
• Languages: Very good written and spoken German and English.
