• Shifts: 8am-8pm day shifts or 8pm-8am night shifts available

Fleetwood Hall Care Home has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment, offering a modern, comfortable environment for our residents. Located near the beautiful Lancashire coast, our 62-bedded home provides the highest standards of care in a warm and friendly setting.

What You’ll Do as a Bank Care Assistant:

• Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, meals, and daily activities.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance residents' quality of life.
• Tailor care to each resident’s individual preferences, helping them live fulfilling lives.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and care.
• Work closely with a skilled team to ensure residents' needs are met consistently.

*Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’. Advertised pay rates are for shifts worked from 1st April 2023.

• Previous experience in the health and social care sector, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care
• A compassionate, professional approach to supporting older adults, particularly those requiring nursing, palliative, or dementia care
• Flexibility to work day and night shifts as needed
