We are looking for a dynamic Sales Leader for the Networking and Security team. If you have a passion for helping customers leverage the best technologies and services to better connect and secure their users/customers then this may be the opportunity for you. You will lead, develop, and grow a successful team of sales specialists in a high-performing and rewarding culture and be a critical part of making their success a reality.

You will support them to drive campaigns into the world’s largest organisations and be an instrumental part in constructing and closing deals. In your position as a sales leader, you will lead from the front, spending as much time in front of customers as possible and helping to develop your team into a high performing and effective sales force.

What you’ll do

1. Drive the Networking and Security value proposition into our enterprise customers at a leadership level
2. Help qualify, construct and close high complexity technology and professional services deals with some of the world’s largest customers
3. Support, coach and develop a high performing sales team – including a range of skillsets from Graduates through to 20+ year sales experts
4. Work with our strategic vendor partnerships to identify new opportunities for partnering
5. Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders at identified customers
6. Understand and be an expert internally for our core Networking and Security go to market propositions and advocate for these amongst the sales community
7. Support the growth of the Networking and Security Solution Area and delivery against its sales targets
8. Support the Solution Area Director with the strategy of the team
9. Represent Computacenter at partner boards and forums, attend relevant events and conferences and act as a point of technical escalation within the business, ensuring that this knowledge is shared across the business.
10. Engage within a broad virtual team across Computacenter comprising Account Managers, Client Directors, Professional Services, Solution Leaders and Architects to help customers access and procure key technology solutions and services

What you’ll need

1. Previous experience managing an enterprise level sales team
2. Relevant experience in the Networking and Security market – either from a reseller, services provider or vendor background
3. Front-line sales experience in relevant technologies or solutions
4. Excellent communicator and presenter
5. Strong commercial acumen, good negotiator and understanding of complex sales cycles and governance processes
6. Extensive network within the Networking and Security partner community
