About the Position:

This exciting opportunity exists for an Integrated Livestock Industry Developer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving growth and development within the integrated beef supply chain.

Your key responsibilities will include managing lead generation, following up on business enquiries, and delegating tasks accordingly. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for promoting the service and supporting the team.

About You:

• A strong background in sales and agriculture is essential.
• You must be highly motivated and driven to succeed.
• An understanding of the livestock industry and its complexities would be beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• You should be IT literate and comfortable using various software applications.
• Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive growth within the integrated beef supply chain.
• Manage lead generation and follow-up activities.
• Promote opportunities to farmers within the integrated supply chain.
• Calf data allocation management.
• Attend meetings and represent the company as needed.
• Commute to the office in Solihull when necessary.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: West Midlands, UK
