Male Nanny

Family profile:

The Principal is a VVIP with a large family,  based in Riyadh in a fully staffed home.

Requirements:

The Principal seeks a MALE (due to cultural issues) Personal Assistant, to work in collaboration with his Executive Assistant for the smooth running of the household and family life.

The position is Riyadh based, but may involve some travel. Duties and responsibilities will cover a broad range including but not limited to - diary management; managing communications; booking appointments, flights, hotels; event planning and concierge type duties.

PA profile:

You must have relevant experience in a similar role

Flexibility is essential there are no set hours and you may be called on at any time to make or change arrangements.

You must be a person who communicates well, who can follow instruction or work independently as required. You must be happy to work in a team with the Exec. Assistant supporting him with his role and duties. Experience of working within a fully staffed formal home would be an advantage.

Terms:

Salary package commensurate with experience. Accommodation may be provided. Working hours/schedule to be discussed at interview

Summary:

An organised, flexible, experienced PA required for a busy formal household based in Riyadh. Reporting to the Executive assistant & Principal. To start ASAP with probationary period
