Greet and check-in patients upon arrival. Verify patient information. Schedule appointments and manage the appointment system. Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries. Collect and process patient requests. Maintain patient records and update information as necessary. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents. Ensure the reception/admin area is clean and organized.
