PassengerLift Field Service Engineer / Healthcare Sector

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of passenger lifts in the healthcare sector. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Salary:

Up to £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + on-call bonus (+£40,000 easily achievable) + fully expensed vehicle + excellent corporate benefits, including pension and annual healthcare contribution.

Location / Territory:

Preston and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of passenger lifts in the healthcare sector.
• Providing excellent customer service and support to clients and colleagues.
• Working collaboratively with other engineers and technicians to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
• Identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer in the healthcare sector.
• Excellent technical skills and knowledge of passenger lift systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
