Support Worker (FULL TIME/PART TIME)

Join our vibrant team in Darlington, County Durham, as a warm, caring, and proactive Support Worker! You'll provide quality, person-centred care to tenants with mental health needs and learning disabilities, both in supported living settings and through community outreach.

Help individuals engage in daily life and enjoy a variety of activities, using your positive communication skills and unconditional positive regard. The duties of the role include:

- Provision of practical, emotional and behavioural support to service users, - Providing support to individuals with cooking, cleaning, housework and other life skills - Developing and sustaining warm and trusting relationships with service users - Carrying out general administrative duties and housing management tasks, - Working flexibly according to the needs of the service to include daytimes, evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep in shifts.
