我们正在为一所青岛的国际学校招聘教务主任，到岗时间为2025年02月。 岗位职责负责排课、调课等事宜，安排、调整教师课程表，利用 AI技术优化排课系统，提高排课效率和合理性。负责组织全校考试，包括制定考试计划、安排考场、分配监考人员等，利用AI技术进行考场分配和监考人员安排，提高考试组织的效率和公平性。监督考试过程，确保考试的顺利进行，检查考场布置、监考人员的培训、考试材料的准备等，利用AI监控系统辅助监督考试过程。负责处理考试期间的各种事务，如解决考试中出现的问题、处理违纪行为、收集和分析考试成绩等，利用AI数据分析工具对考试成绩进行分析，为教学改进提供依据。完成上级领导交办的其他教务相关工作，利用AI技术提高工作效率和质量。 任职要求本科以上学历，教育学、计算机、数据统计相关专业，10年以上教务管理工作经验优先。拥有丰富的教务和考务经验，熟悉新课程改革理念，具备信息技术、课程开发能力。具备良好的沟通技巧，能够有效与教师、学生、家长沟通。具备较强的组织协调能力和团队管理能力，拥有国际化学校管理经验者优先。熟练掌握AI技能，如数据分析、机器学习、自然语言处理等，能够将AI技术应用于教务管理工作中。 薪资福利月薪10-15k带薪寒暑假节日福利子女教育优惠教师成长培训定期体检 Job responsibilitiesResponsible for scheduling and transferring classes, arranging and adjusting teachers' schedules, using AI technology to optimize the scheduling system and improve the efficiency and reasonableness of scheduling.Responsible for organizing examinations for the whole school, including making examination plans, arranging examination rooms, assigning invigilators, etc., using AI technology for examination room assignment and invigilator arrangement to improve the efficiency and fairness of examination organization.Supervise the examination process to ensure the smooth running of the examination, check the arrangement of examination rooms, training of invigilators, preparation of examination materials, etc., and utilize AI monitoring system to assist in supervising the examination process.Responsible for dealing with various affairs during the examination, such as solving problems arising during the examination, dealing with disciplinary actions, collecting and analyzing examination results, etc., using AI data analysis tools to analyze examination results and provide a basis for teaching improvement.Complete other teaching-related tasks assigned by the supervisor, and utilize AI technology to improve work efficiency and quality. Job requirementsBachelor's degree or above, majoring in education, computer, data statistics related majors, more than 10 years of experience in teaching management is preferred.Possess rich experience in teaching and examination affairs, familiar with the concept of new curriculum reform, and possess information technology and curriculum development skills.Good communication skills, able to communicate effectively with teachers, students and parents.Strong organizational and coordination skills and team management skills, experience in international school management is preferred.Proficiency in AI skills, such as data analysis, machine learning, natural language processing, etc., and able to apply AI technology in teaching management.
