Accountant

Thompson Automotive Group is looking to add an accountant to our growing office staff! This individual will be able to perform a variety of tasks including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, filing, data entry, and more. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a good work ethic and attendance. Duties and Responsibilities:

• File and maintain documents using a variety of filing systems
• Enter data into computer systems and generate reports
• Order and maintain office supplies
• Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Basic accounting skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with other office software programs, such as Adobe Acrobat and Google Workspace
• Working toward an accounting degree or already has a degree in accounting
