Greene Science Center on Columbia’s Manhattanville campus, the state-of-the-art building offers an environment where the highest level of scholarly scientific research takes place on a daily basis, with the benefit of being located in the heart of New York, one of the world’s most vibrant and culturally rich cities. A lab within the Zuckerman Institute seeks an Associate Research Scientist (ARS) to facilitate research in understanding the neurobiology of the body-brain axis for immunity regulation . Responsibilities include designing experiments, carrying out complex behavioral experiments, and analyzing the data . The ideal candidate will have expertise in imaging, performing behavioral experiments with mice, strong computational skills, as well as superior motivation, drive and demonstrated aptitude for research. Minimum Qualifications: MD, PhD, or doctorate in related field Preferred: Strong candidates will be interested and focused on interdisciplinary work.
