Auto Glass Installer

Chapman BMW on Camelback is seeking an experienced Auto Glass Installer to join our dynamic team! This role is responsible for inspecting and assessing the extent of glass damages, removing damaged auto glass and installing new glass, including windshields, side windows and rear windows. Core Responsibilities:

• Assess the extent of glass damage to determine if repair is feasible or if replacement is necessary.
• Carefully remove broken or damaged auto glass from vehicles using specialized tools, clean the frame, and install new glass ensuring correct alignment.
• Apply urethane sealant or other adhesive materials to glass edges, ensuring a watertight and weatherproofed seal.
• Perform minor repairs to chips or small cracks when applicable.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment, disposing of damaged glass appropriately.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in auto glass installation required.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and thorough workmanship.
• Physical requirements include manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to safely lift and maneuver glass panels.
• A positive attitude and team player mindset.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
