Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, outgoing and self-motivated administrative assistant to join our team. In this role you will provide support to the office manager, along with support for the rest of the team as needed. This position is the starting point for a career as a professional within our organization and there is much room for growth and promotion. Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include assisting the accounting department with various general office responsibilities including but not limited to: Records Scanning File and Retrieve organizational documents, records and reports Data Entry Assist with Accounts Payable Monitor Office Supply inventory to reorder as necessary Maintain Petty Cash Perform light Accounting duties as assigned Benefits

Compensation * $18.00+ per hour depending on experience Schedule * Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm Qualifications

• Administrative/General office experience or equivalent business experience
• Detail oriented with strong sense of organization and a desire for continual growth
• Ability to communicate effectively throughout the organization both in person and through written correspondence
• Computer-literate and ability to learn Company software
• Clean and valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• MUST pass Background Check, Credit Check and Drug Screening
