Availability: Saturday and Sunday availability is required, with potential for additional hours over time.

Responsibilities:

• *Dial in espresso daily by accurately measuring dose, grind, and extraction time. *Upsell specialty coffee beans with a genuine interest in each batch’s unique qualities. *Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including weekly deep-cleaning tasks. *Create a welcoming environment and build rapport with customers and the community. *Quickly learn and implement new ideas and processes.

Qualifications:

• *Proven experience as a Third Wave barista preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. *Latte art skills preferred, though training can be provided. *High integrity with a strong attendance record. *Attention to detail and commitment to high work standards. *Effective listening and communication skills. *Must be 21 years or older. *Food Handler’s Permit required.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $17.75/hour.
