Cafe Boulud is hiring Bartenders . Bartenders is a pooled-tip service role that works closely with the management team and all other front-of-house and back-of-house team members. The Bartender is responsible for creating cocktails for the guests, as well as creating the cocktail list, liquor inventory and purchasing. The Bartender should be an expert in spirits, liqueurs and cocktails and should have a strong knowledge of the menu and wine list.
