As a member of our team of Brand Representatives in Waco, TX, you'll receive full training and on-site support to help you succeed. Your responsibilities will include initiating conversations, addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and working towards acquiring new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with potential customers at events and promotional activities to promote our clients' brands, products, and services.
Drive sales by engaging directly with customers, effectively communicating product benefits and features.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and customers, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
Provide product demonstrations, offering hands-on experiences tailored to individual needs.
Collaborate with the team to implement creative strategies that enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation and sales conversions, to refine strategies.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor to positively reflect the clients' brands.
Strive to exceed performance goals, showing determination and adaptability in achieving results.
Participate in ongoing training to expand product knowledge and improve branding techniques.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience.
