Busser (Seasonal) Location Avila Beach, CA :

This is a weekend position: Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Avila's Ocean Grill is seeking a dedicated Busser to join our team. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining area by assisting with various tasks to support the restaurant staff and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Clearing and resetting tables in a timely manner
• Assisting servers with food delivery to guests
• Refilling water glasses and beverages
• Removing used tableware and transporting it to the dishwashing area
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Assisting kitchen staff with food preparation and running food when needed

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or hotel setting preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members and guests
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and food service procedures
• Willingness to help out in various areas of the restaurant, including bussing tables, catering events, and supporting kitchen staff
