Description of the Role: A Home Health Aide at University Home Care is responsible for providing personalized care and support to patients in their own homes. This may include assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, as well as monitoring vital signs and medication reminders. This Job is for mornings and afternoons shift to start as soon as possible. Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Medication reminders
- Assist with transfers and ambulation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Requirements:
- Previous experience in home healthcare
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients and their families
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
