- Experience as a home health aide, caregiver, registered nursing assistant, or personal care assistant is strongly preferred.
- A genuine desire to assist others and improve their quality of life
- Be compassionate, patient, and understanding of the needs of our clients
A willingness to learn new skills to better the lives of our clients * A high level of reliability to be punctual and professional * Excellent communication skills * Ability to organize and prioritize tasks as assigned Responsibilities:
- Provide caring companionship, conversation, and help with hobbies and leisure activities
- Transport and accompany clients to their appointments
- Assist with meal planning, grocery shopping and meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Give medication reminders
- Collaborate with client’s care team to provide client updates and important health changes
