We have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a Caregiver to provide exceptional care to our client in Oxnard for 10 hours weekly. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the client with daily activities, including meal preparation, medication management, and companionship.
- Support the client's physical and emotional well-being by engaging in activities, exercises, and therapies as recommended.
- Ensure the client's safety and comfort while respecting their privacy and boundaries.
- Communicate effectively with the client and their family, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of care provided and any changes in the client's condition.
- Follow emergency procedures and protocols as needed.
- Provide transportation for the client to doctor's appointments and outings as required.
- Foster a warm and supportive environment that promotes the client's independence and overall quality of life.
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred.
- A compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass background checks and screenings.
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is a plus.
