SubAssembly

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join a growing manufacturer in Grafton, WI. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling various components to create products. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment (but training is an option), have mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with teammates.

POSITION – Assembly/Subassembly

JOB LOCATION – Grafton, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) –  1st Shift (7am-3:30pm)

STARTING PAY – $18 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – At least 2 year of experience

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform subassembly tasks according to work instructions and blueprints.

2. Use hand tools and power tools to assemble components accurately and efficiently.

3. Inspect subassemblies for quality and make any necessary adjustments.

4. Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals and deadlines.

5. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

6. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

7.Operator laser cutter to produce assembly parts when needed

8.Cross-train in other departments as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Proven experience in Assembly or similar role.

- Strong attention to detail and precision.

- Good communication skills and a team player attitude.

-Ability to stand/sit in one place for 8 hours
