Lilou is a French brasserie by the owners and operators of Sapphire, Brother Wolf, and Osteria Stella. French Chef Benjamin Tilatti helms the kitchen, with ACS CCP Maître Fromager Jess Benoit running the Cheese Program. We are hiring for up-and-coming cheese professionals who want to learn about cheese in a guest-facing education program. This job includes maintaining cheese inventory and health standards, cutting and plating cheeses, and speaking to guests about cheese options with an eye towards giving an authentic French experience.
