We work with our healthcare team and the patients, to create personalized treatment plans, and once the pain/injury subsides, we begin to restore function with progressive rehabilitation. Once our patients are fully recovered, we determine an individualized wellness routine to keep them healthy. The office is modern with digital XRAY, new equipment, active and passive therapies, and much more. Duties: Comprehensive Patient Exam/Evaluations (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent records/imaging) Order/review diagnostic imaging as medically necessary Develop treatment plans in a multidisciplinary setting for an efficient/effective Plan of Care Patient education on value of continued therapy, diagnosis, care plan options, Chiropractic Care, and lifestyle modifications Chiropractic care- Manual Manipulations (Diversified and other chiropractic specialties), therapies, modalities, and develop rehab/exercise programs with PT Documentation -Electronic Coordinate care with other providers daily to ensure patients are achieving expected outcomes
Qualifications: Graduation from an Accredited Chiropractic Program (DC) Chiropractic License in LA Outgoing and eager to get involved in the community
Salary: $65k - $85k (DOE)
