Responsibilities:

* Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including but not limited to [personal injury, commercial disputes, contracts, employment law, etc.]. * Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents. * Handle all aspects of litigation, including pre-litigation strategy, depositions, and motion practice. * Attend court hearings, trials, and settlement conferences. * Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies and provide regular updates. * Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes effectively. * Maintain accurate and organized case files and records.

Qualifications:

* Licensed to practice in Wisconsin 3+ years of experience in civil litigation * Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Trial experience is preferred, but not required.
