Job Title: Clinic Director Our client, a physical and occupational therapy leader, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinic Director to join their team in Brooklyn, NY. As a Clinic Director, you will lead a team of therapists with the goal of providing exceptional patient care and helping patients restore their ability to move and live their best lives. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality patient care, spending an average of 40 minutes with each individual Oversee patient care by directing and managing a team of therapists Manage clinical and administrative operations for the clinic location Work closely with other clinic directors and the management team to ensure that the clinic operates with integrity and provides the best possible representation of the organization Lead the team in providing compassionate, evidence-based care for the orthopedic outpatient caseload, which includes ortho, sports medicine, and post-surgical patients Participate in the company's Track to Leadership program, clinical special interest groups, educational events, and mentoring program Requirements: Must have an NYS Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy License and valid CPR certification Minimum of three years of clinical outpatient experience, including two years of clinical supervision or clinical program development experience; a certificate of specialization, where applicable is preferred Active membership and involvement in professional organizations is preferred Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities Ability to work well in a busy clinic environment and foster teamwork Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication, and conflict management skills Experience treating general ortho, post-op, and sports medicine patients Benefits: Our client offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: Starting salary of $88,000 - $116,000 Medical, dental, and vision insurance HSA & FSA options Life insurance and ADD Short- and long-term disability coverage Employee assistance program Continuing education reimbursement and 2 paid days for continuing education Medbridge subscription 401K retirement plan 3 weeks rolling paid time off, plus holidays If you have a passion for helping people and believe in the power of therapy to change lives, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.
