Exciting things are happening here! We’re pioneering a brand-new facility specifically designed for young adults who have aged out of pediatric services, set to open in 2027 on our new campus.
As the Chief Nursing Officer, you’ll report to the Administrator and play a key role in leading our team in providing outstanding care and support. You’ll be involved in strategic planning, ensuring we meet high standards of nursing practice, and collaborating with a dynamic team to develop innovative care models.
You’ll be the voice for nursing, advocating for excellence in care, and resolving any concerns with empathy and professionalism. Your leadership will help create a culture of growth and teamwork, empowering your staff and fostering a supportive work environment.
