We are looking for cooks (experience is a plus) that have a passion for serving high quality food, in a timely manner and contribute to the overall excellence of our restaurant.

We are first and foremost looking for someone that is a team player, follows instructions, and has a passion for providing guest with delicious food. We are also looking for someone that is skilled, organized, and creative, with great communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or other related fields
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in teams

Responsibilities:

• Serving guests with great attitudes and matching smiles
• Memorizing Roll Em Up lingo 
• Understanding menu items, how to explain to customers, and how to prepare them
• Follow standard operations, keeping customers happy
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production 
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
• Working with high temperature oil in a fast paced environment

The Catch is a fast casual seafood restaurant with numerous locations across Texas and Oklahoma. Our menu includes coastal seafood dishes like gumbo, grilled shrimp, hand breaded catfish, crawfish, oysters, and more! We know quality matters, so our dishes are prepared in-house daily and made fresh to each guest order.
