Crew Team Member

Le Macaron French Pastries downtown Nashville off 5th & Broadway, COOL SPRINGS, and MURFREESBORO locations are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated store crew member to join our team. Total potential compensation with base pay and tips average $19-$25 per hour. You will be responsible for providing World-Class Client Service to our guests in our Le Macaron French Pastries Cafe.

Responsibilities

• Work with guests coming into cafe to serve their requests
• Provide superior service with every interaction
• Always wear a smile and be engaging and attentive to our guests
• Product upselling
• Serving macarons and other pastry products, gelato, chocolates, coffee, tea and other drinks
• Work with Point of Sale (POS) system for all in-store orders
• Involved with inventory control, orders and monitoring waste

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field is a plus
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong work ethic and trustworthy
• Fast learner
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently during both busy and slower shifts
• Attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Work within a team environment
• Experience in handling cash

Part-time hourly rate is $10.00-$13.00/hour + tips.
