What will I do as a Dietitian?

• Provide ongoing nutritional guidance and support to residents.
• Develop Resident Care Plans for those residents having a nutritional deficit.
• Develop menus that are in compliance with recommended daily allowances and follow the food guide pyramid.
• Ensure MCHR and RSL menus comply with State and Federal regulations.

What is required in this position?

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics
• Registration with the American Dietetic Association
• Current Certified Dietary Manager
• Working knowledge of federal, state and local standards and regulations
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a health care setting
• Computer experience utilizing Microsoft Office
