Position Overview: As an Eatery Team Member, you will play a vital role in preparing and serving our freshly made food items while delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure that our products meet our high standards of quality and presentation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to providing delicious meals for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables and portioning ingredients according to recipes and standards.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, including proper storage and handling of ingredients.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, such as slicers, toaster ovens, and food processors.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
• Assist with stocking and replenishing food items, beverages, and supplies to ensure availability throughout the day.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas, including wiping down tables, sweeping floors, and emptying trash receptacles.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold company standards and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or retail is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
