Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team at a premier med spa. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in skincare treatments and services, with a focus on providing exceptional client experiences. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for performing various beauty treatments, educating clients on skincare regimens, and promoting our retail products.

Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, and hair threading.
• Administer botulinum toxin treatments as required, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Provide deep tissue massages to enhance relaxation and skin health.
• Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing transactions.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending products that align with clients' skincare needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and front desk areas.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up care.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations.

Skills

• Proficiency in med spa procedures and cosmetology practices.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and their applications.
• Experience with salon software for efficient operations.
• Excellent sales skills to effectively promote retail products.
• Ability to perform deep tissue massage techniques.

Pay: $19.70 - $22.83 per hour
