• HVAC and Industrial Maintenance: Conducted preventive maintenance (PM) and repairs on HVAC and industrial systems critical to automotive manufacturing facilities, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
• Electrical Wiring and Troubleshooting: Performed electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment, adhering to safety standards and industry codes to support automotive production.
• Equipment Operation: Certified forklift and aerial lift operator, adept at accessing elevated systems and maintaining tools and equipment for optimal performance in a fast-paced automotive environment.
• Preventive Maintenance Program: Followed a documented PM schedule, ensuring all facility systems supporting automotive operations functioned reliably and efficiently.
• Safety and Compliance: Maintained strict adherence to safety protocols and PPE requirements in line with industry standards, fostering a safe working environment.
• Facility Systems Monitoring: Reported on the condition of facility systems to anticipate and prevent potential disruptions in automotive manufacturing processes.
• Inventory and Planning: Documented and tracked parts needed for repairs and future PM activities, ensuring operational readiness for all automotive systems.
