Down the Street Eats is a restaurant group based out of Winter Park, Colorado. We currently own 4 concepts and 4 locations: Rudi's Deli Winter Park, Vertical Bistro & Tap, Brickhouse 40 and The Noble Buck.

We are a restaurant group based in and around Winter Park, Colorado. We believe in having great food and great service at all of our locations. This includes our awesome bar and grill location, Brickhouse 40 located in downtown Granby, Co.

We just have one problem: there are a lot of tables that need food and bussing!! We specialize in scratch made food, craft cocktails, and draft beer. We want to be known as the number one choice for food in Granby, Co.

This is where you come in. A Food Expediter will be a key leader in ensuring we can continue our wonderful restaurant operation. You will be hands on in ensuring the smooth flow of orders from the kitchen to the dining room by making sure that the orders are prepared accurately, promptly, and presented well.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Monitor the status of orders and ensure they are prepared correctly.
• Finish the plating and presentation of dishes before they leave the kitchen.
• Coordinate pickups so that all dishes for a table are delivered together.
• Communicate customer complaints or modifications back to the kitchen staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold health and sanitation standards.
• Assist with prepping dishes or running food to tables as needed.
• Handle customer complaints to preserve the restaurant's reputation

Skills Needed to Win:
