Harbor Pointe Apartments is looking for a new team member on our Grounds Crew in the North Milwaukee (Brown Deer area).

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (no weekends or evenings, paid holidays!)

We are offering:

- Hourly base pay from $17-$19/hr - Quarterly bonus structure (up to $750/quarter!) - 80 hours of PTO year 1! 20% rent discount at ANY community if living onsite - Blue Cross Insurance Benefits starting at only $45/month for employees - 401K Retirement Plan with a matching component

ABOUT THE POSITION: 

*Groundskeepers Top Priority is Curb Appeal*

Curb Appeal covers landscape and the exterior image. Duties include cleaning of the driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, exterior hallways, or any other public areas; maintenance of property flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas; snow removal; and pool cleaning or routine pool maintenance when applicable.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

- Valid Drivers License REQUIRED and reliable transportation

- Skid Steer experience - General knowledge of groundskeeping, landscaping, and basic maintenance duties - Ability to safely operate equipment - Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties
