The role of the HVAC Field Supervisor is vital for the success of the HVAC Service Department’s strategic business plan. The Field Supervisor is primarily responsible for leading & developing the service techs in the field and providing 5 Star customer experience

  Qualifications

■ Over 10 years of HVAC trade experience (residential preferred)

■ HVAC industry knowledge with strong technical skills

■ Detail oriented with strong leadership and communication skills.

■ Team oriented; teachable; earned respect.

■ Ability to coach, supervise and teach.

■ Believes in, promotes and lives out the company vision and values.

Direct Tasks and Duties

• Live out the 6 steps of the service system
• Participate in daily ride alongs
• Develop, teach & reproduce Silo 1,2 & 3 technicians
• Assist Field Service Manager in reaching department goals including sales, gross margin & kpi goals
• Support and provide technical, sales coaching in the field & classroom
• Participate & facilitate 1:1 with your direct reports
• Serve as an integral member of the company management team, participating in bi-weekly staff management team meetings
• Assist in facilitating HVAC service tech meetings
• Participate in continuing education including technical, sales and service training. Be the department’s technical expert

Standard hours of service: M-F 7:30-4:00pm, Available By Phone 7am - 6pm

Participate in On Call Saturday schedule; available to your service team for phone support
