The Basics
- We are a farm-to-table french bistro rooted in classic techniques
- Prepare and cook high-quality food to meet menu standards set by chef
- maintain a clean, organized kitchen and follow safety protocols
- Work closely with the chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- consistently preform under pressure to bring the best experience to every guest
Must Haves
- Experience in a fine dining, professional kitchen (1-2 years preferred)
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain quality while working together with the team as one unit
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in French cuisine is preferred
- A passion for cooking and delivering an excellent dining experience
