Are you a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking to make a difference in the lives of others? Revv Staffing is seeking skilled LPNs to join our team and provide exceptional care at our partner facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes in condition to the supervising nurse.
- Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene, feeding, and mobility.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid LPN license in NJ.
- CPR certification is required.
- Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
