Role Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Monitoring Consultant to join our team, serving as a subject matter expert on monitoring tools and processes for the Commonwealth.

You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities):

Act as the Technical SME for enterprise-wide systems.
Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot monitoring tools like System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), SolarWinds, SightLine, and SquaredUp.
Create dashboards and actionable reports using data from monitoring tools.
Develop and maintain SOAP/REST/JSON/API integrations using PowerShell or similar scripting languages.
Configure and manage Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
Automate workflows and document new/existing processes to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with the Change and Incident Management teams to standardize workflows and procedures.
Provide data for SLA reports and disaster recovery plans.
Maintain compliance with established organizational service management processes.

You’ll have (Qualification & Experience):

Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
