Role Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Monitoring Consultant to join our team, serving as a subject matter expert on monitoring tools and processes for the Commonwealth.

You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities):

•  Act as the Technical SME for enterprise-wide systems.
• Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot monitoring tools like System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), SolarWinds, SightLine, and SquaredUp.
• Create dashboards and actionable reports using data from monitoring tools.
• Develop and maintain SOAP/REST/JSON/API integrations using PowerShell or similar scripting languages.
• Configure and manage Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
• Automate workflows and document new/existing processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Change and Incident Management teams to standardize workflows and procedures.
• Provide data for SLA reports and disaster recovery plans.
• Maintain compliance with established organizational service management processes.

You’ll have (Qualification & Experience):

•  Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
