Tier One Nutrition was created by Nathaniel and Jessica Cook. Nathaniel a newly retired Infantry Officer and Jessica a Nurse Practitioner. Both Nathaniel and Jessica constantly strive to improve their way of life through fitness and nutritional supplementation. Identifying the need for a locally owned and operated nutrition center with the customers best interest at heart, Tier One Nutrition was created.

Position Overview:

Tier One Nutrition is seeking an enthusiastic, health-passionate, Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who has a genuine interest in fitness, nutrition, and wellness. This person will be an integral part of our team, delivering exceptional customer service while assisting customers in finding the right products to meet their health and fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product knowledge and recommendations related to teas, smoothies, meal preps, and supplements
• Prepare teas and smoothies in a timely manner
• Ensure the store is organized, clean, and well-stocked, including maintaining product displays
• Stay informed on the latest trends in fitness and nutrition to help guide customers effectively
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

Qualifications:

• Outgoing, friendly, and upbeat personality with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
• Easily trainable
• Preferred background in fitness and nutrition
