WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re searching for someone who takes pride in their work and is passionate about serving our customers. Ideal Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of Parts Manager experience (preferred)
- CDK experience (preferred)
- Technical automotive knowledge
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of parts operations
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure customers receive prompt and courteous service
- Manage parts counter employees and oversee department operations
- Develop and implement efficiency processes
- Achieve parts sales objectives
- Communicate professionally with customers and staff
- Accurately manage and track parts inventory
- Support internal and external parts needs
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing
