As a Payment Poster, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that all payments are accurately posted to patient accounts. Your keen eye for detail will allow you to reconcile payments with invoices, investigate any discrepancies, and communicate effectively with the billing department to resolve issues.

Responsibilities
- Accurately post payment information to patient accounts and maintain detailed records
- Reconcile payments and account balances, identifying and rectifying discrepancies
- Collaborate with the billing department to resolve issues and improve processes
- Prepare and generate reports for management to track payment trends
- Respond to inquiries regarding payment posting and account status
Requirements
- Experience in medical billing or payment posting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and billing software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and billing codes is a plus
