Porter

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all cardboard, trash and compostables are disposed of properly.
• Clean and sanitize all areas, including dining room, offices, outdoor space and restrooms
• Clean equipment and tools
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors 
• Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, countertops, sinks, and cooking equipment.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of cleaning supplies and materials.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks like cleaning vents, ovens, and refrigerators.
• Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player, supporting other staff as needed
• Other cleaning, maintenance or restocking duties as needed

Basic Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a food handling or warehouse environment
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitation practices
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and appropriately.
