Responsibilities:

• Ingredient Preparation: Wash, chop, and prepare fresh ingredients to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Kimbap Rolling: Assemble and roll kimbaps with precision (experience preferred but training available).
• Customer Service: Provide friendly, attentive service to create a welcoming experience for every guest.
• Cashier Duties: Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and answering questions about our menu.
• Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the prep area, counters, and dining area.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in food prep or rolling sushi/kimbap is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
