Primary Responsibility: Lead after-school activities for elementary school students in the San Fernando area according to Scouting program policies. Bilingual (Spanish Speaking preferred)

This is a flexible schedule for any students attending college, etc.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintains effective communication with the Outreach staff leader.

2. Follows directions regarding policies and procedures.

3. Lead all participants to ensure a safe and organized program.

4. Report any endangering situations immediately to the Outreach staff leader.

5. Design, plan, and lead activities with groups of 20-30 children.

6. Helps with membership sign-ups.

7. Participates in biweekly staff development meetings and staff workshops.

8. Maintains a great rapport with school staff and parents.

9. Desire to have a positive impact on youth.

Schedule: Part-time, $17.50 hourly (Work up to 25 hours per week) must be available between the hours of 1:00p.m. 6:00p.m. This is a driving job you must have a reliable car. You must also be vaccinated against COVID 19 due to school requirements. Employment Type: Part-Time
