We have a renovation and decoration project in the Cudahey Tower Condominiums in Milwaukee, WI. We will provide the client with the Scope of Work, Design Concept Drawings, Fixtures & Finishes, Purchasing and Project Oversight. With our guidance and advice the client will engage the services of a General Contractor or various trades as needed. In addition to our Oversight the client would like to engage an independent Project Manger who could be onsite daily, amount of time each day TBD. The client will hire the Project Manager and be responsible for her/his payment. Employment Type: Full-Time
