Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.  .

Pay Range:

$950- $1150 weekly

Responsibilities include:

• Greet and welcome visitors warmly and professionally.
• Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including mail, email, and packages.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff.
• Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring necessary materials and arrangements are in place.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and office space.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using office equipment such as printers, copiers, and computers.
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately.
