We are hiring a Recruiter to support a well-known boutique grocery store in Bellevue, WA . This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with high volume recruitment experience, especially within a retail/grocery setting. This position is temporary with potential for extension/conversion to a full-time, permanent role.
Location : Bellevue, WA (onsite)
Pay Rate: $25-$30 per hour
Duration : ASAP- March, with strong potential for extension
Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm
Job Duties
Responsible for sourcing, screening and placing candidates in temporary positions.
Qualify talent for short-term needs such as seasonal workload surges, special projects, and covering absences.
Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates skills, experience and suitability for temporary roles.
Collaborate closely with Supermarket staff to understand needs, including job requirements and desired skill sets
Develop and post engaging s on relevant platforms
Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork and job expectations
Ensure adherence to all employment laws and regulations related to temporary staffing.
To be a good fit for this position:
Strong communication skills
Experience with temporary staffing
Experience with high-volume staffing
Time management skills
Bilingual: Mandarin, Cantonese or Spanish
