Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling & Routing: Develop and manage daily service routes for pool technicians. Optimize routes for efficiency, minimizing travel time and fuel costs. Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate last-minute customer requests or emergencies . Customer Communication: Confirm service appointments with customers. Handle rescheduling requests and notify customers of any changes. Address and resolve customer complaints or inquiries related to service scheduling.

Technician Support: Communicate route details and special instructions to technicians. Serve as the primary contact for technicians during the workday for routing-related issues. Monitor technician progress and ensure adherence to schedules.

Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of service schedules, completed jobs, and customer interactions. Provide reports on technician productivity and route efficiency.

Operational Efficiency: Continuously assess routing practices for improvement opportunities. Collaborate with the operations team to implement cost-saving measures.

Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s degree in logistics or a related field (preferred). Experience: Prior experience in scheduling, dispatching, or logistics (preferred). Experience in pool maintenance or the service industry (a plus).

Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in routing software, GPS systems, and office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office). Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

MUST HAVES: Clean Driving record Valid Drivers License Clean Background Proof of insurance
